Who can use BulkBuy?
Retailers, wholesalers, suppliers and entrepreneurs building a new store or local multi-supplier marketplace. Grocery, clothing and accessories are examples; the catalogue is flexible across product categories. We’ll check your specific product and fulfilment needs during the demo.
Do I need to choose online payments straight away?
No. Store payment settings can offer cash on delivery or a business UPI QR with manual bank verification. Razorpay checkout is test-only in the current release. Live gateway activation is separate.
Can I deliver orders myself?
Yes. Seller-managed delivery supports your own team and a shop-set charge, including zero. Scheduled delivery is manually assigned; instant delivery depends on configured coverage and available eligible drivers.
Do I need an existing physical shop?
No. You can discuss a new business or a city-based marketplace idea. You arrange supplier relationships, product information, stock responsibilities and fulfilment; BulkBuy provides the configured software workflow. Pilot plans and any charges are discussed before you decide.
Is the Android app on Google Play?
Not yet. Approved pilot stores and testers receive installation guidance directly. We’re holding the Google Play release until the first five stores have been onboarded and the pilot has been reviewed.
How are demo requests handled?
The form prepares a WhatsApp message to BulkBuy at +91 70663 08663. You review and send it in WhatsApp. This static page does not store your form details or submit them to a server.
